We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Items must be unused and in original condition. We will assess the issue and offer a suitable solution.
Non-Returnable Items, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Personalised or custom items (unless faulty)
- Item Substitutions
Note: If an item in a gift pack becomes unavailable, it may be replaced with a similar or higher-value item that aligns with the theme of the pack.
